Considering a Whippet?
Babs When you contact a breeder about a puppy, don't phone or send an email just asking, "How much are your puppies?" Take the time to tell her a little about yourself, your home, your schedule, and why you want a whippet. Remember, you're not buying a toaster, but a pet that someone has raised with a lot of love. You may be asked more questions about yourself than you can think of to ask about the puppies! |

How you can help
Please don't donate money to national animal organizations. Send it to your local humane society or animal shelter. Money sent to HSUS, PETA, the ASPCA, and other national associations is used to further their own agendas, which are making pet ownership more difficult, more costly, and eventually impossible.
